 Medical Massage – The client comes with a written referral from their physician. I work closely with the physician who prescribes specific treatment protocols. I use multiple massage modalities as needed for your massage treatment. Your massages may require prior authorization from your insurance company. Once authorization is obtained I send written office notes along with the appropriate billing forms to your insurance company.

 Swedish massage lowers stress, promotes relaxation and increase circulation. This massage includes long rhythmic, friction, and kneading strokes with deeper work on the back.

 Deep tissue massage helps the body release chronic muscular tension, pain, and improves blood flow to overworked tight muscles. A combination of deep tissue and trigger points techniques are used.

 Sports massage is use to achieve maximum relief from overworked muscles. A combination of deep tissue and relaxation strokes are used. This massage focuses on a specific area and additional sessions may be necessary for optimal results.

 Prenatal has the same goals as regular massage - to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots and to improve circulation. The massage is tailored to the specific needs of the pregnant women. I make accommodations so that you will not need to lie on your belly. I will make accommodations while you are on your back as well. When making your appointment please let them know how many months along you are.

 Seat chair massage is done on a special chair that allows me to work on the clients back while they are fully clothed. No oil or lotion is used. I am able to work on the clients entire back, neck, arms and head. This type of massage is good for clients who just wants their back worked on and can not get on the table.

 Ear candling is a gentle way to remove wax and other debris from the ear canal. The ear candle is inserted to the opening of the ear and then lit. The heat from the candle creates a gentle vacuum and pushes the wax into the candle. I massage around the ear, neck and face which helps you relax and helps your body push out the toxins. You will feel lighter, your hearing will improve and your will breathe easier.
